Notice of cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
2   Months before conference : 75% Refund
50 Days before conference   : 50% Refund
1   Month before conference    : No Refund
Refund will be sent after the congress.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Transportation from Airport is facilitated by de Luxe, air-conditioned buses to official congress hotels listed in the booklet.
Special Shuttle Bus Service will transfer participants to and from official congress hotels and the congress venue twice daily.
